أيام البيض
The 13th, 14th, and 15th of every Hijri month are called Ayyam al-Bid (the White Days) because the moon is full and bright. The Prophet (PBUH) encouraged fasting on these three days every month, which equals fasting the entire month.
صيام داود
The most beloved voluntary fasting to Allah is that of Prophet Dawud (David) — fasting every other day. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said this is the best pattern of fasting.
صلاة الجمعة
